Dear Tom, Did the City of Flagstaff inform you that we were not producing enough A+ reclaimed water for snowmaking at the Arizona Snowbowl when you offered the Arizona Snowbowl (aka or ida the City of Flagstaff) 11 million free dollars to run 1800 million gallons of our drinking water 14 miles out of town to cover 205 acres with man made snow? We wrote to you that the Rio De Flag waste water treatment plant had plenty of water for snow making and that the tribes preferred recovered reclaimed water and that we were legally storing water under Arizona State Law. All three statements are false information. During all of these discussions the Wildcat Waste Water Treatment Facility was producing illegal amounts of cyanide, selenium and nitrogen. We have known since 2002 that we need the Wildcat water for the Snowbowl contract. Our city never mentioned this. Our city provided you with false information. My city. They provided all of us with false information. Some of them.
