Your successor has been increasing the fuel price you reversed during your tenure, and presently we dont buy it at the official price, theyve systematically increased it again. The fuel subsidy that was not up to #500,000 billion under your watch, suddenly jumped to #2.5 trillion under him in 1 year, $20 billion is still missing under his watch and Mainna absconded with our pension money worth over #140 billion under his watch, that even our inspector general of police said he couldnt find him. Boko Haram that you confronted vehemently when they raised there heads in 2009 has taken over the North east and took away our girls, your successor has only succeeded in setting up committees, kidnappers and arm robbers are in rampage in south south, south east and south west, even his uncle was kidnapped at a time, including the son of his spokesperson among the elders, Elder CLark. You used your experience and dedication despite your failing health, to partially solve the militants crisis even after bombing our pipelines and killing our security men without promoting sentiment of southern christians vs Northern muslims, your successor and his allies are trying to create hatred between southern christians and Northern muslims. Never in our history have we been so divided along ethnic and religious lines. You didnt go about mounting podium in mosques to make political or policy statements or going to bow down before an Imam for PR, but your successor spends more time in church than governing the country making policy statements and kneeling down here and there for PR. Despite your failing health you allow rule of law and a level of free and fair election which returned stolen mandates to original owners in Osun, Edo and Ekiti while your successor conducted a systematic rigging election in Anambra. Umaru you declared your assets to the whole world upon taking the mantle of leadership, yet your successor does not give a damn. You allow brilliant ones from opposition party and returned Lagos state money back to BRF, but your successor has been illegally deducting from state allocations since last year after depleting the excess crude account, and presiding over the biggest period of oil theft in our history, despite awarding contracts worth billions to criminals to protect our pipelines. Your successor has been giving tickets to criminals in southwest to justify his comment in Ibadan that we Yorubas are rascals. You reversed the sales of our refineries and power sector but your otueke man has increased the power tariff more than 3x since he took over and later selling them to only God knows who, without improvement. Infact we now have less MegaWatts than what you left. He promised us that the gains gotten from the increase in fuel price will be used to fix our refineries so we wont have to import fuel again, but up till today we dont know what has happened to the money, but still theyre threatening to do total deregulation without fixing our refineries. You respect the welfare of workers while your successor even as a former lecturer enjoys ASUU & ASUP Strikes. Umoru as Obj fondly calls you, You never shifted your responsibilitie s or failures to any region or religion during your era, but your Otueke man has turned leadership to father christmas and specialized in shifting his failure to a region & opposition party. Though he didnt shift the success from the voodoo GDP rebasing to them. Yar Adua, though not perfect, youre a caring president, a competent, focused and sound minded leader, I trust you would not have gone dancing skelewu in the public when hundreds of your fellow citizens died in bomb attack and several still begging for blood.
