Dear UPHE Supporters: We definitely have the Governors attention on Stericycle. After hearing about our upcoming press conference the Governors staff called me up and asked for an emergency meeting on Stericycle at 8:00 am yesterday. Tim Wagner, Alicia Connell and I attended the meeting with several of the Governors cabinet, and his legal counsel. We explained what the new allegations were. They listened attentively, but we dont know yet what action they will take. Ongoing pressure on the Governors office needs to be maintained. Plan on attending our rally Sept. 25, at 6:00 pm in front of Stericycle, and please take a moment to call the Governors office, 801 538-1000 and insist that he close Stericycle immediately. If we keep the pressure on, eventually the Governor will have to do the right thing. -Dr. Brian Moench
