Dear United Airlines, You may very well have the worst customer service on the face of the planet. Shame on you. I am beyond disappointed. I am awestruck at the level to which you will sink to take advantage of your patrons. The ways that you have negatively impacted my family and my life in the past week are almost beyond comprehension. I only fly a few times a year, but I can assure you that neither I nor my family will ever pay for a flight on your airlines again. And though I am quite certain from my recent interactions with your employees that my concerns will fall on deaf ears, rest assured that as I spend the next 48 hours in the airport & airport hotel trying to get home, I intend to write, email or call every United executive &/or employee that Google provides info to.
