Dear Univen Community. As the Ministry of Arts, Culture & Religious together with the standing comitee we sat down and look at the current situation and what has been taking place in the last 6 months or so. we then agreed that there is a need for us as student and staff of the University of Venda to have a Mass Prayers. we have lost so many students in a space of 6 months and such has never happened in the University of Venda. Today we have met with all the representative members of all churches in campus and we further agreed that indeed there is a need for a Mass prayer to ask for a intervention from the one and only God. please note that we have extended the invitations to some of the prominent pastors in this province and we will further communicate with you with regard to their availability. We are therefore inviting all students of the University of Venda to attend such a significant mass prayer which is arranged as follows; Date; 29th July 2014. Time; 09h00 am to 13h00pm Venue; University stadium/ Auditorium Further note that the wont be classes from 09h00am to 13h00pm Kind regards Minister of Arts,Culture & Religious affairs
