Dear Universe: Im spending the next week in Euroa at The Strath-Boogie Music Week, learning from some very fine musicians, like Kristina Olsen, Lloyd Spiegel Music, Rachel Hoare, Martin Pearson..... Lately I have had the honour of working with some great ones too. Singing harmonies for Damon Smith and the Quality lightweights, Ben Smith Band, Harmaniax, and others.... Its not all festivals and feasts but gee it can be bloody fantastic. After the week of lessons, workshops and sessions, Ryan Tews Photography & I head up to NSW Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival with Stray Hens, then we all come back down to play Maldon Folk Festival.... then there are other exciting things... Im glad I get such lovely opportunities and such wonderful company along the road..... Love, Ms Mandy Connell.
