Dear Valued Clients, WE are not like WAL-MART and Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. WE do our own DIRTY work and Remedial Task for the entire property. It is true we often work odd and long hours to SERVE you, however, we are technically OPEN M-F, 8-5. That doesnt include HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS unless WE make those arrangements to OCCASIONALLY accommodate you. As difficult as it is to grasp YOU are also not our ONLY Client, which means we also have to SERVE others needs as well. Please note 7 pm or later on a FRIDAY evening, Saturday Mornings and DROPPING in to CHECK on what is happening with your project during those times is not with in the NORMAL Business hours or a really good idea because there is no way I will ever believe you were in the neighborhood. It could have undesirable responses from me.
