Dear VidCon Attendee, Important information regarding VidCon signings! The most important part of the VidCon experience is for attendees to be able to move SAFELY among our amazing Creators. We ask all of you to cooperate with us as we actively create new systems for dealing with the growing numbers of attendees. While we cannot guarantee that everyone will have one-on-one time with their favorite Creators, we are doing all we can to make access as fair as possible. Due to the unexpected enthusiasm of attendees in the signing lines, we have created the following procedures for singing lines for the remainder of the conference: If you wish to line-up early for any of the creators appearing at the early signings, you may arrive at the Festival Plaza starting at 6am. We may begin to escort attendees into Signing Hall B based on demand. All Creators have limited time to meet their fans, so we will cap the line lengths based on the Creators schedule. Once inside the hall, attendees will be allowed to line-up until the Creators line has reached capacity. Most of them only have two hours. It is first come, first served. You must be present to hold a spot in line. If you want to line-up for midday or afternoon signing lines, you may enter Hall B at 9am when the rest of the conference space opens, and we will have special locations just for you. Those lines will be limited based on estimated capacity. Please understand that your safety is our number one priority. Thank you so much for your energy, imagination, and dedication. If you find that you can not meet your favorite Creator for a signing or a photo, dont forget that you will probably find another opportunity to interact and engage with them during Q&As, MainStage performances, and breakouts.
