Dear Voices For Virtue, I have struggled with self harm for a long time now, and I have never really seen it as anything more than a trial. But recently in Sunday school, we were having a discussion, and it led to what will happen to people who self harm, and many people said that it was a terrible thing and a serious sin, and that really got to me. Now, I realize that self harm isnt a good thing, and it definitely isnt something to be encouraged. I understand the whole my body is a temple thing, and I have really been trying hard to stop. But is what I have been doing as bad as they said? Is it truly a serious sin? And if it is, how would I go about repenting for it? Sincerely, A Confused Girl With A Past
