Dear Wealthy people, Please stop trying to take advantage hard working people trying to get them to do work at your home at cost of free promising them it makes sense to do this as you are going to send them SOOO much business. WHAT??:-0 This is ONLY something you should do if you are BROKE or near broke! What makes sense is that you pay them a fair price for their work so you dont end up convincing people who likely could use your help or business savvy to almost or PUT themselves OUT of business giving things away they cant afford to:). I have been shown this by example by business people I respect who are very successful, one of them is my husband Steve Weintraub. If somehow you do this at LEAST make SURE you send them lots of business! Why is it the more money people have the CHEAPER they get? Its crazy!! Yes, make sure you get a good price by all means you work hard..do that...but dont take advantage of people when God puts you in a position that you can help the economy and families buy hiring and PAYING people a reasonable price to do things at your company or home.. you shouldnt pay more either..a fair price. This is how the world and this incredible Country runs...dont hoard..no hoarding!!! lol!!:) You dont want to be the ONLY rich guy...That only happens in 3RD world countries...(very rich people and very poor people) if your enjoy that sort of thing please leave the United States of America we dont want to be a 3rd world country. You pay your cabinet maker, maybe he comes into your business and buys a product or service...its the big picture....who are your customers? Who are their family members...etc... I cringe at times at how much we give away, how many people we pay, how many people we support, how much time I spend volunteering...but in 7 years we are up not 50% not 100% not 200% or 400%.....1800%. (no, thats not a typo) Its a big universe...trust and throw up good! good will, good intentions, good actions, HARD work, unwaivering determination to be the best and help as MANY others as you can along the way..Gold & Diamond Source our company, our family is living proof that, we are blessed with much success...could be have more money if we didnt give as we do?? I dont know all I know is we have an incredible jewelry company thats biggest problem is WHERE all the customers will park when years ago we just prayed for more customers... There is a LOT of ways to get more money in your bank account, work HARDER and smarter than you think you possibly can, give more then your accountants think is wise...and MOST importantly to quote myself (lol) work at making it...not taking it ;) ~ Jw **Please know I Dont mean to sound like I think we are perfect..we are far from it...we do our best to be the best WE can be and share any useful opinions or observations I may have from life experience :) Good night Tampa Bay!
