Dear Windstream, Oh the ways in which your service is lackluster, sucks, and is far from the contract I agreed to pay. Your "outages" occur 2-3 times a week, and I would add that your customer service is horrible if I believed that it existed in the first place. When the money in the budget presents itself, you will be losing a customer who has stood by you patiently for 5 years while you claim to update a network that gets slower and more unstable by the day. Sincerely, A soon to be ex-customer P.S. - Dial up was far more reliable than the bs you currently tout as "high speed reliable service".
