Dear YTTM members, As you got an email from the president Kyusun, we are going to decide whether we move our venue to a new place or not at the end of the next meeting.(01/18) 1. The potential new venue is 2nd table and it is located near the current venue Yeongtong Cafe Bene. 2. We YTTM officers discussed this issue last week, and we agreed to move to the new venue for 3 reasons. A. Now that we have more than 30 members, we need more spacious place to conduct our meeting. B. The current venue has an issue of the entrance door. It is so close to meeting tables that it is very easy to be distracted by people coming and going. Our meeting place of 2nd table will be on the 2nd floor. So we think it is not likely to be distracted during our meeting. C. Projector. We cant use a projector at the current venue. Since we have some speeches recommending using visual aids, we need to use a projector. We can use a projector at 2nd table 3. Minimum coffee price at 2nd table is 5,000 won. But, you can have either one of coffee menus or one of tea menus for 4,000 won during the meeting. 4. As interim chairperson of the next meeting, I will do some Q&A at the end of the meeting, and the official members of YTTM will vote for the decision.
