Dear Young Sangha, Tomorrow night we are pleased to welcome back Cynthia Drake. Topic: Samsara Bowl: Competition and Enlightened Society Cynthia Drake has been a meditator and member of the Shambhala community since 1985. For over two decades, she has taught English as a foreign language, college composition, and literature and worked as an academic advisor at the University of Colorado. She currently teaches literature at the University of Colorado at Boulder and is pursuing a PhD in British literature. boulder.shambhala.org/program_details.php?id=158059&cid=191 A gathering for people 16 to late 30s at the Boulder Shambhala Center. For anyone curious about meditation or who want a more regular meditation practice, or anyone looking to meet interesting and open people. Everybody welcome. Starts at 7pm with sitting for 30 minutes and meditation instruction if requested. At the conclusion of the evening, all are welcome to socialize at an agreed upon location with food and drinks. There is no charge for the program, but donations are appropriate and appreciated.
