Dear Zynga and/or Player Support!! Café World players would like to have a variety of ways/options to use up café coins other than only the ability we have now of buying Super Salt/Power Pepper, decorations and stoves which are not upgradable nor are they are productive to our cafes. A few suggested ideas are: - Purchase premium spices using coins - Purchase extra stove slots - Purchase extra serving counter - Covert coins into café cash (after reaching a capped amount) These are just a few suggestions brought forward as possible ways to utilize coins. If this idea is not feasible, we ask that changes to some goal rewards be changed so that we stop earning coins for SOME levels completed (not all levels as coins are required to keep the cafes running), and replace those coin rewards with USEABLE gift rewards (premium spice, café cash, etc.). Not only would USEABLE rewards encourage players to gain more interest and participate in goals, it would also help with any issues players are experiencing when they reach the 2 billion coin total, thus eliminating traffic to Player Support for assistance with the issue. If we had worthwhile ways to use and reduce our café coin totals, Player Support could be freed up and better utilized and have the ability and man-power to focus on assisting players with other major issues (goal regression/roll-back, lost icons, etc.) that interrupt game play and contribute significantly to the loss of goal progression or total goal loss. The help line for “Coins Displayed as 0 after reaching 2 Billion Coins” would be less needed and possibly allow for another help line to become available. We ask that our voices be heard as to what we, the players, would like to see as simple enhancements to the game. We are dedicated players who appreciate all efforts brought forth in creating and maintaining the game, however, we are also the ones who know what would make the game of Cafe World more enjoyable and user friendly.
