Dear all. After Tuesdays presentation of the proposed layout and design of Town Farm by Cavanna the parish council would like feed back from you. We would particularly like to draw your attention to the proposed new entrance to the village at Trenchfurze Post which bearing in mind the difference in levels between the road and the building land would now consist of a high retaining wall with a pavement and railings on the top with 2 storey houses behind. This wall would be approximately 7feet high at the village end reducing gradually up and around the corner. The impact of this would be massive and will dominate the entrance to the village, the gentle introduction to our village lost forever. In my opinion this is totally unacceptable and would like as much support as possible to prevent this happening. You opinions on other aspects of the development is also much needed so please find the time to make your views known to us. Thank you. Alan Mallyon. (chairman parish council)
