Dear all, I am grateful to God who has given five wonderful years in this University. It has been a miraculous journey and I thank the student body of Heriot Watt Dubai over the last five years who has supported and encouraged me at all times. The massive respect and love that I have received shall be cherished. I have served two terms and I find it a privilege. I do not want to list the achievements nor do I want to brag about them because many of you have seen it. But I need to mention couple of things on which I worked during this summer and had to fulfill the promises during my election was; the Student Council constitution which has been approved and will be sent to you all shortly for reference, also, the printing quota which the University management along with infrastructure provider has decided to establish for all students(you might have received the email last night) and the Student Council website which is almost finished and after the update is done it will be published. I did fail to fulfill the promise for the international trip to Scotland but i have sent you emails regarding them and the work has been handed over. Hands to my heart, I have served with integrity and worked for the furtherance of Student Experience and the development of the University in this region. I wish the University good luck and our incoming Student President all the very best. Thank you all. If we plan for a year - we plant seeds of grains and wheat. If we plan for a decade then we plant a mustard seed, but if we are planning for a generation we think education Toby Toms Skaria.
