He is a resident of Ganaur District Sonipat (Haryana). Ø He is suffering from heart disease (a hole in the heart). His treatment is going in for ACHD DORV PAH Ø Baby Swastik’s consultant doctors are Prof. S.S.Kothari and Dr. Abhinit. They have suggested a heart surgery which is very urgent. Ø AIIMS has given the estimate of Rs 1, 52,000/- as a cost of surgery (Please find the attachment herewith) Ø His Registration number is CV 2013/014/0011939. UHID 20130272818 & Department is Pediatric Cardiology Ø His father Sonu works in a banquet hall as a worker and earns only Rs 150 to Rs 200/- per day. Ø He requires urgent surgery as his life is very critical at this stage. Let’s come together to save a life, because together we can. As helping a poor is not charity but it is our moral and social responsibility.
