Dear all, I need some education and advice here, please. The Telcos in this Country have a certain practice that in my opinion amounts to unfair trading practice. When you purchase credits and load up on your device for data, you barely receive the services purchased i.e speed. Now after you are unable to use this data purchased because half the time the network is down, they proceed to cancel the so called unused or expired portion. Is this legal? Where can I direct my concerns? How many signatures do I need to get this through Parliament? What available options do I have because this has the appearance of robbery. Please help me !
