Dear all Khmer Youths and Patriots, Now I would like to talk About the key concepts from voters/Community Based Organizations/People Organizations for the best direction in Cambodia: For example, If you have 7 ideas and I have 3 ideas we decide to copy our ideas or share our ideas to each other we will get 10 ideas altogether. And there is only learner to know how to develop the policies to save our nation and people to get the free of the poverty and also dangerous depth. As my observation, Khmer politicians, people representatives and high officers by state departments they always confirmed to public, their powers were assigned/disqualified by voters or Community Based Organizations/People organizations. But when they got powers from voters they stop listening voices/ideas from people or they reject voices from voters. It is really very surprise to public. And our voters/people organizations they did not know that, • Who they are? • Who will they go? • And what will they do? And for Khmer politicians, People Representatives and High officers by state departments their powers were qualified/assigned by voters/People Organizations, and their powers also will be disqualified by voters/People Organizations while they will not follow to the fair and respectful treatment of people. But nowadays, there is no any specific People Organizations structure in Cambodia yet. So we are learners and also Cambodia people we will use the rest of our self-concepts in order to empower the people organizations structure through our basic rights in the democratic society. And we can change the policies and Politician’s behaviors through our engagement. And as well as we will be the ownership of our country while the Khmer politicians, people representatives and high officers by state departments to be our exact servant from one generation to one generation. But however, there is only software education program that we will be able to approach to build the capacity of our ignorant people who lived in the rural communities firstly. And after trained/educated they functioned/acknowledged about their main roles & responsibilities in the democratic society they will use their basic rights to advocate to all officers by state departments to ensure the quality of their lives in the society. Please let’s remark that, the success of the politics required 4 main factors to be applied such as: 1. Finance and Economic, 2. Human Resources 3.
