Dear all, So I am not a flying winemaker but I am trying to live my wine dream :-) I am really excite to announce that after 3 years of research I have launched a crowd funding campaign to publish the first book dedicated to environmentally produced Terroir Champagne. I opted for self publishing because it is the only way to really stay neutral, however I have found out this last week that trying to raise money through crowd funding is a nerve racking experience... hence my reaching out here to ask for help...
