Dear all, Yoga for Beginner Class on Monday To do yoga often find that flexibility is challenged when you try to do on your class. If you come into contact with a place of tightness in the body the first reaction that most students have is one of frustration, impatience or even antagonism. But in yoga the only way to actually get the body to release and open is to relax the mind and create the space for healing. How did we do it? How did you allow us to guide you, day in and day out? How did you muster up the strength to keep showing up? Did you begin to recognize what really lies under the asana? Even if your body does open if you achieve the physical posture it may not have lead you to the inner state of calm that is the real benefit of yoga practice.
