Dear all fellow academics across the country, We are launching the Higher Education Perception Study (HEPS) 2013 as part of the broader assessment on the impact of higher education on our society. This Survey has been developed as part of the broader assessment in an effort to gather feedback on the perception of academics on the extent to which specific aspects of higher education has changed. This knowledge will help shape policy advice and provide recommendations for Malaysia’s higher education.
