Dear black women, I love you dearly. Just know that its okay to smile, say hello, wave or give a nice greeting when you see other black women or women period in public. I just hope in 2015 black women stop giving nasty looks or just looking you up and down before saying hello.Thats really rude and stupid.I may not know you but I am not mad at you though. You dont have to be a persons best buddy to smile or say hi. Maybe youre having a bad day, somebody pissed you off or something, your kid or your man is getting on your nerves but everyone doesnt know that. You can smile back though
