Music and playing musical intruments are diseases that have frequently paralysed nations and entities, snatched away their civilization and powers and strengthened their ardent desires. SOULS become attached to food and drink. Worse still. Some people do love and hate beacause of it . As you can see today must of the muslim ummah do listen to the music more than the QURANIC VERSIES History bears witness that no nation ever got preoccupied in music exept that it was affected by feebleness, weakness and immorality as we knew of the Roman and Persian nation through its deadly diseaser. This is because listening to music generates a perpetual relaxation in the soul and strength. Moreover, evidence from the QURAN and SUNNAH have successive in prohibiting it and declaring as a contradiction to the earnest, pure and high islamic spirit .. ALLAH SAYS: the belivers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when his verse are recited unto them, they inrease their faith.. Can u increase your faith through Music..? Dear brother let you knw that singing permitted for women on the following::: Condition 1-- it should not compose of any obscence or vicious words 2-- Only tambourine should be beaten, for all other music instruments are prohibited. 3-- it should be on Eid or marriage occasion only 4-- it is only permitted for women with the exclusion of men
