Whit issues of interest to Brazil and all countries, with the participation of the Ministries and Departments of Culture, Finance, Environmental, Agriculture, Science, Technology and Innovation, of the Cities, Defense, Civil Defense, Civil, Foreign , Foreign Ministry and others, Business, Industries, Churches, NGOs, whose UPPP will benefit the world. A - Proposed actions global interest for up to 45% reduction of greenhouse gases, reduction of environmental disasters, protection of all forests, oceans, micro to macro biodiversity, and to generate savings of $ 4 trillion year on an emergency basis to avoid global economic collapse. B – Put together the efforts of all NATIONS to create a greater political banner, social, environmental, humanitarian and economic agenda, via the formation of a Brazilian Organization - UPPP, led by Brazil, such as the UN, to IMMEDIATELY put into practice in 220 countries the proposals that follow below.
