The School of Geography of the University of Havana, the Institute of Tropical Geography belonging to CITMA, the Cuban Geography Society, ¨Enrique José Varona¨ University of Pedagogical Sciences and the Havana International Conference Center, are pleased to invite geographers, biologists, geologists, anthropologists, architects, researchers, professors, scientists, businessmen and other professionals related to the theory and practice of this science and its link with the environment, to this Meeting which will be held at the facilities of the Havana International Conference Center. It will be the perfect framework for those geography-related experts to exchange their experiences and knowledge in the interest of putting the scientific and technological advances at the disposal of society and the preservation of our planet. In this occasion, those interested professionals and businessmen, from home and abroad, will have an excellent opportunity for exhibiting and promoting their products, equipments, books, technologies and other materials linked to the topic of the event. The price of the modular stand is 110.00 CUC per square meter. It covers the whole exhibition period and includes: • Stand assembly with white modular panels of 94.8 x 2.42 m • Participation in all the activities of the event • Electricity consumption up to 500 w • Name badges according to the contracted space • Label with the company name • On-stand cleaning • Protection of samples after the exhibition timetable • Certificate of attendance The minimum space to be contracted is 9 square meters (3 x 3m). If you want to make your own design, the price of the unassembled space is 100.00 CUC per square meter. It covers the whole exhibition period and includes: • Electricity consumption up to 500 w • Participation in all the activities of the event • Name badges according to the contracted square meters • On-stand cleaning • Protection of samples after the exhibition timetable • Certificate of attendance The minimum space to be contracted is 9 square meters (3 x 3m). National entities not dealing with foreign currency pay with Cuban Pesos (CUP); whereas those dealing with foreign currency pay 50%. The location in the map will depend on the order of application receipts and the approval of the Organizing Committee. There will be facilities for contracting audiovisual aids, lights, furniture, ornamental plants and other offers, according to the rates established in the Services Form.
