A friendly notice from the secretariat that all 2014/15 cards have been dispatched via post sent to ur last known address. Would members be so kind as to take a minute or two to send an email to [email protected] and cc [email protected] with the sole purpose of updating details or verifying them if unchanged. We have a form that can be downloaded for updating particulars.(postal address, residential, work adress, cell numbers, fax etc) please always put ur registration # or id # in the subject line and mention briefly the query- example outstanding registration card or receipt. If u pay manually in the bank- it helps to always send the proof of payment for quicker reconciliation of ur account and the issuing of receipt and practice card. In future, we would love for all members to please use the 16 digit unique reference(easypay) number on invoice.
