Dear comrades, You have all paid your fair share of taxes, the ruling party now plans to present a bill in the house for you to make another mandatory payment for health insurance. The reason as to why you pay taxes is you ought to get free and first class health services. Some actors want to put up health insurance companies and take free money from your pockets. I will never support this bill in parliament because this is pure madness starting to crop up in this nation. How much will you take from the common man both directly and indirectly. Already without approval from parliament, 1000 shillings is deducted from every transaction by bank of Uganda. Ugandans rose up clearly when it came to the marriage and Divorce bill, all religious leaders spoke out. Where are all these Ugandans in the wake of these economic crimes. My role is to let you know about this, your role is to take the right political decision. Medicare should be free and accessible to every Ugandan. ENOUGH WITH THIS ......
