Dear customers. I am happy to have conversations with you on what we can do. But when I ask you to send your requests to my wifes email to be sure she sees it...please do that. I carry on dozens of conversations each day and often forget to convey the changes to orders to her. If you send it to her email then she will see it and act on it. Please understand that when we are juggling 40 orders at a time with more custom options than all other case makers combined its really easy to miss details if you dont participate and make sure that the person responsible for building your case, my wife, is aware of your changes. I am responsible for working out the concept you want to see made real. She organizes the details. Thanks customers and thank you again for allowing us to protect your cues. Best, John
