Dear, dear Sierra Living Trees ..... wow, what a gift ! The Dolphin video you posted is beautiful and a perfectly timed gift. The universe provides in so many amazing ways. This is how your Dolphin gift unfolded for me this morning. I saw the post, then decided I needed to pray and smudge, as my energy is so sporatic, and I am deeply frustrated...although I know I am in the place possible for healing my adrenals. I just need to breathe, look at the help that is here and better organize my work loads. After the prayer and smudge I asked the medicine card for guidance to help me with my energy and that I may better connect with spirit and my creativity....... the card, that came to me of course, is Dolphin ! Greg, Cadia and I and then read the card to hear such amazing parallels, and medicine ... then looked into Mana, which is an ancient Hawaiian method of breathing to revitalizing energy and spirit. We took the time to follow the breathing technique ...... WE are all threading through a beautiful, and mysterious path.....thank-you for being a part of my healing, spiritual and creative journey.
