Dear duelist in Norfolk, VA, there will be a summer tournament starting July 24. It will be 3 days in which you will be tested against 5 leaders each with a different kind of style in their own location. Each leader will have 1 token for each participant. If you beat this leader, you receive a token. You will each begin with 2 passes. In each duel, you will put up 1 pass. If you win, you get the leaders token and the pass. If you lose, you will lose your pass but you can duel the leader a second time, which of you win you will get the pass back and a token. If you lose both passes. you are done. The locations will be announ...ced next week. If you collect all 5 tokens, you will advance to the final tournament. The first 8 people will advance. The final tournament reward will be a tin that is available of your choosing. Each Norfolksfinnest member will gain 1 rank. The deck will be a current tournament regulation, which means no proxys and it must follow the current banned list. The entry fee will be 5 dollars and will be run by Norfolkfinnest.
