Dear employees of Air Asia, Ive encountered a bad eperience today which I would like to share with you. Travelling from Hong Kong to Bangkok I applied for the wheelchairservice, since Im recovering from a severe carcrash and I have remaining back problems due to an intense surgery 9 months ago. In HongKong I was assisted well by the staff of your company, but your staff told me and If I need to get the same treatment, when i arriving in Thailand they wanted to charge me $30 and if i request this service on flight they would charge me $60 because i request it in flight!!! On top of that, if i applied this service in Hong Kong there was no one willing to assist me in any way. If that wasnt enough, they also told me I had to wait 2 hours at the check-in counter to be provided with the wheelchair. Being with my sister and her three year old daughter, this was all too unconvenient to make use of your service. I feel very bad about what have encountered today, and I feel customers should not be treated this poorly. I hope by sharing my story your company can adjust your service, so other people with a serious injury will be helped better.
