Dear fellow Music Geeks and Past and Present Morse Heads, The music program at Samuel F. B. Morse High School is in danger of being cut and we need to save it!!! My younger brothers Angelo and Adrian are currently in the marching band and have been members ever since they became students at Morse. My youngest brother Armon currently plays in the orchestra at Bell Middle School and he hopes to become a member of Morses orchestra when he becomes a student there in the near future. I ask that you guys help us to save Morses music program by simply writing an e-mail or making a call to SDUSDs Superintendent and School Board. All you need to do is let them know why music education is important and ask that they give Mr. Shelton the flexibility he needs to support all electives, including Music. I will love you guys forever and ever and ever if you guys can help out my baby brothers and the future of music!
