Dear flat-hunters! Our flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to share our nice and sunny apartment from mid/end January. The house is composed by a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher+washing machine), a large living room, toilet, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The room for rent is of about 12 m2. The room is furnished with a large desk, a wardrobe, the bed, a chair and some other stuff that can be bought from the previous flatmate (negotiable price). The flat will be shared with two Italian guys, both working (or in the process of getting a job!). Languages of the house: French, English, Spanish, Italian—and we are eager to learn new ones! We are looking preferably for a girl, for balancing the quota, but it is not a must. Where? Avenue Molière 120, in a nice building right next to the “Molière” stop of line 92. Lines 7, 3, 4 and 60 are at 5 minutes walk, Chatelain and Stephanie at walking distance (10 and 20 minutes respectively). The neighourhood is very nice and you can find everything you need (a big Carrefour, shopping area etc.). Cost of the room: 465€ all charges and internet connection included. Deposit: 640€.
