Dear folks at Absinthes, you know I love you guys, but perhaps I am misunderstanding something. On your pages for both Duplais verte and Soixante-Cinq, you mention them being no longer available, and mention alternatives that you consider superior. I have to say, this is unfair, as these are available elsewhere, and frankly, many disagree about what is superior, or not. Do you mean to use use superior in a comparative manner, or simply as an adjective, meaning really great? If this is the case, perhaps you did not intend to imply one is inferior, but that is the way it comes across. If this is the case, I disagree in both instances, but thats just my opinion. I like Authentique quite a bit, but its not as good as Soixante-Cinq, and Valkyria is very good, but has a bit too much Star anise. Again, you know I love you, but someone else brought this to my attention, and it bothered them as well. :)
