If you access this page consultasindautor.sep.gob.mx/ and introduce this document number: 04-2013-053109253600-01, it means that the paperwork towards getting the ISSN is underway, and that number is for the Reserve of Rights of our journal as a previous requirement official by the Mexican Government Copyright Office (INDAUTOR), and it is really a matter of weeks when finaly get the most sought ISSN of our journal.
