Dear friend, before shooting up such false informations you should have done your homework well. The Sobha Singh who gave witness against Bhagat Singh was a builder who lved from 1890-1978 and father of renowned writer Khushwant Singh whereas the Sobha Singh who was awarded Padmasree was a contemporary painter from Indian Punjab who lived from 1901-1986. Please do not spread false statements for cheap publicity.
