Dear friends, Anti Reservation and Bad thought of High class D- Grade community in the 21st century It is really surprise to note that upper caste people are making fun to the Dalit People because they have possess enough requisites knowledge in the field of education .As every know that the down trodden category have entered into education and employment in the year 1980 where only 2-3% were enjoyed the field. But today the scenario has changed due to modern technology wherein reservation has not utilised in proper manner for the higher post because the criteria which has been amended in the employment is not giving scope for the downtrodden people. As whenever education employment and sport discussion occurred in term of reservation then the upper caste people bashed to the lower class candidate and show their superiority for their extra ordinary position. It is also learnt that many people writing about caste system just for their publicity and shown the mercy for dalit people but it is only to project themselves that they are well wisher. On the other hand if we observe the system we may analyse that all the learned writer particularly those who are press reporter are selfish for their ulterior motives .Do you think so after the notch of 65 year from the independence there is no cognizance and justice for the downtrodden people then on what basis one can expect that there is law and order in india. The total superior seat is occupied by the ruling category those who are running the administration and controlling the jurisdiction of India. Today after carrying out the survey then we may find only dalit people are victimized in the jail because they do not have any support for pleading the case. If any one have money then they do not have their own lawyer this is really disgusting to look at the reality but still the system is continuing in the present context and 25% +12% of dalit and muslim are not taking any effort for the prevention of the monopoly system .How the present system will banished when the people may arose from the sleep for this active participation require to rid off the situation and have to understand the current system where our people are lacking in the mode of education and also in employment. I have gone through some article which has been presented by the great author from goa namely Yogesh Kumar Arsekar where he has mentioned that as per the constitution of India states in Article 15(4): “All citizens shall have equal opportunities of receiving education. Nothing herein contained shall preclude the State from providing special facilities for educationally backward sections (not “communities”) of the population.” It also states that “The State shall promote with special care the educational and economic interests of the weaker sections of society (in particular, of the scheduled castes and aboriginal tribes), and shall protect them from social ”injustice” and all forms of exploitation.”. However presently the reserved category are availing the benefits therefore they are losing the job all the job should be in merit indicated by the great author Mr.Yogesh kumar Arsekar.It is true that man is selfish animal on the basis every people want to enjoy the benefit for which the upper class are still continued in the market. I feel very pity on such kind of people those who are already gained all sort of experience but their old aged mentality are not ejecting from psychological therapy which is black label on their character. Nevertheless, today the downtrodden people are also want to gain some experience for which the people of higher class already utilized since from past but they are envious of them which show that filthy thinking of high class category. Now let us bring the fact and truth about cricket for which the great author Mr.Yogesh Kumar Arsekar has expressed that if there is reservation in cricket then the system will follow like that where the dalit will score 4 run then score will be considered 6 runs as they have possess the reservation .It is only conspiracy and made fun of dalit caste for which the author has played the vital role only for his publicity and reputation in the market. Now my contention is that if the upper class people may rendered the work of blacksmith/handicraft/goldsmith/cobbler /welding /grill /shuttering etc. whether they get the good job no why because they do not have great exposure in similar manner the dalit do not have any scope in term of field ,land and occupation of small scale industry and education/employment . Then how the great author has mocked on poor downtrodden reservation where they are not still enjoying the benefits properly. Regarding the politics almost all the MP ,MLC.MLA are their person then how the great author has criticized to the political person it is only one kind of disease i.e Schizophrenia which is not curable for longevity of life .If we view the picture, serial ,press,TV Anchor,Media,Industry all the place the great author brother sister father and mother has occupied but the poor dalit muslim are only the worker where they lift their sit ,garbage, and do small job for their livelihood then how the great author has emphasis the reservation are availed by them .Let us also analyze that prior independence the census have carried out that time percentage of OBC was 52% in the year 1952 but they have manipulated and brought out to 27% where most of the state they have prevailed only 17to 19% reservation then who has grabbed the reservation seat of OBC .The great author has hide their actual episode and started to hampered the dalit people because they are dumb and their voice cannot be listen by any one. Therefore , the great author has left the corner where he eat the sweet and just pretending off that they are very innocent and honest person .Today India has not developed till the date despite the countries like china is leading in the Asia country .Whereat the great author was sleeping being their people are more competent in the education and also have meritorious knowledge it is only they are looting the poor citizen money and accumulating in their treasure .If the opportunities will get for rendering the service for Dalit and Muslim the scenario will be different and nation will develop in rapid manner but only they should avail the reservation against promotion for which the upper class has prevented for long time .On the other hand they scare to the dalit and muslim people because they are vibrant in all sort of field from down to earth only some encouragement is required for boost their morality .At last , I would say that in the 21st century if the people have this kind of mentality then what about in those day when the priest community has discriminated to the dalit people. To get the equivalent justice one have to fight with the ongoing system and vanish the monopoly system for the betterment of the society. For this like minded people have to sacrifice the evils thinking and maintain the fraternity in the Indian society despite cursing to the downtrodden category.
