Dear friends I know many of you are also facing the probability of relocation for medical cannabis healing. When I researched I was looking for a couple of specific things and may be able to help cut through the refugee family maze a little. I live on disability and wanted to do ongoing research. After a great deal of research once I determined to stay in the country both MI and CA were under dispensary attack badly two years ago and are both trying hard to recover. I knew Alaska and Oregon would probably be the last to take away home grow. The desire or importance to also home grow will be different for all based on personal preferences and needs. If you can move somewhere that you have a friend or contacts that would really make this life transition easier. We did not know a soul and we realize that has made our adjustment harder than we would like to see for other refugee families! I was also moving three generations of different ages and needs so there are many considerations. Please if you are in critical need of a cannabis consultant go to a medically knowledgable cannabis state. Colorodo was too cold like MI for me personally. Having grown up in fl hurricanes and tornados were a life stresser I preferred to reduce. I also studied the culture and general overall thinking and had to figure out where we would best fit in and have things in common with others. Oregon is our tiny slice of heaven but it was worth the harsh journey........... :) Debbie M. Wilson
