Dear friends, I would like to ask you for your input on a matter that has not been settled for quite some time between a friend and I. Please answer the following question: What would your reaction be If you are to cook a traditional, national dish, the origin of which is your homeland and serve it to a relative or a friend of yours who seasons ( excluding salt and pepper) the dish or adds a taste enhancing ingredient to it which is not called by the recipe.
