Dear friends, Please do come forward to help Uttarakhand flood victims. I could only find one flood victim helping organization which accepts funds only from Indians and non resident Indians with valid Indian passport (there are also others information on internet but they seem not trustworthy). If anyone knows about the organization which can also accepts funds also from foreigners please do share and request your friends to come forward to help. Every single penny would help.
