Dear friends and Yogis this years Yoga retreat will be my swan song. My farewell fling if you like! As i am moving into a new and exciting phase in my own development and practice. I shall be holding space with Sarah Grattan and Kevin James Carroll. It would be wonderful to spend time with you my friends and students in the wonderful surroundings of the InSabina Retreat Center. There are two or three places left so please get in touch to secure yourself a spot. We will be a hop skip and a jump from Rome! We will be chilling, meditating, chanting, dancing, singing, swimming, walking, sleeping, engaging in asanas and some Pilates to awaken our core. Blessings Dawn.
