Dear friends and family 1. Try to store and use drinking water smartly. 2. Use disposable plates and cups and reuse it as much as possible. 3.try to cook minimal food to reduce washing of pots pans and utensils. Stick to salads...sandwiches.. cookies etc 4. Extra care for hand hygiene..use hand sanitizers in toilets ans in between. 5.use ..wipe and reuse disposable folks and spoons..minimize using water to wash hands but use sanitizer b4 and after eating. 6.Required amount of water for body is 1 to 1.5litres per day. And 500ml of other fluids. Stick to required. No more and definitely no less. 7. Please dont hold a poo or a pee just coz you dont have the usual amount of water to use. Might result in bigger health issues. 8. Keep yourself hydrated with fruits like water melon etc. 9.avoid salty and spicy diet. Esp riha and rihakuru for now. 10. Try wearing clothes n kids pajamas more than a single time if possible 11. Minimize ur laundry load as much as possible. Wash only as needed...
