Dear friends and fans of Delcies, over the last few weeks, our website was under cyber attack and many web files were deleted along with emails without our knowledge. During this period, our technical programmers are working hard to restore our website, lost files and emails. We have also been receiving heavy call traffic to enquire about cakes, ordering and follow up of orders. If you have encountered difficulties in accessing our website, email you sent to us that was not replied or calls that were not answered, we are deeply sorry to have caused you any inconvenience and panic. We are currently doing our best to assist every customers we could handle hence we seek for your understanding during this difficult period while we are upgrading our online platform. If you do not hear from us via email regarding your order or enquiry, it could mean that the email is lost and we will strongly suggest you to visit our store at Boon Keng to place an order in person. Our operating hours are Tue to Sun 11am - 8pm. Likewise, we will continue to take same day or next day reservation based on available cakes in store (subjected to availability). On a positive note, this incident has allowed us the opportunity to upgrade our online platform so that we can provide a better online experience for you in the near future.
