Ons dink reeds aan VOLUME 2 ! Ek heg 2 fotos aan, die een van ons wilde tuin soos gesien deur die venster van my kantoor in Johannesburg. Die groot groot jakarandaboom daar agter is my perskoningen hierdie tyd van die jaar. Die 2de foto is n bol wat ek by die kwekery gekoop het. Die omslag het aangedui dit is n wit blom - en so verras moedernatuur ons weereens met n ontploffing van kleur ( toe wel rooi) en n majesteuse kelk. Beautiful!! Lastly my shows in the Cape last week were fantastic, sold out with wonderful patrons supporting and enjoying entertainment. Thank you for all you messages and compliments. It was only Lynette Coombes from Cape Town who sent a mail to critisize my swearing, use of language, my lack of respect of anyone else and their value systems, and the fact that she cringed during my performance. For those of who who has been following me for many many years ( next year I will be playing piano for 25 years to keep bread on the table), will know that my audience is the most important thing. From my preparation of the show, my costume, the stage. the piano, the choice of music, the message, and every word chosen - has a meaning, a reason. Alles word haarfyn beplan en met deernis, liefde en n totale verstaan van die mense waaroor ek praat en aanhaal. Dit sluit ikoniese karakters in my lewe soos Auntie Polla, Tannie Mona, my pa en ma in. I will keep on doing my shows in exactly the same fashion as I have been doing the last 25 years.
