Dear friends and teammates! On Friday, I delighted in a Proud Running Buddy Moment! Since the middle of the summer, Sharon Morris and I have been running together - both before practice and on non-practice days. She started off hating it. Id talk a blue streak and entertain/distract her on one, then two, and finally 3-mile runs on very flat terrain. Then, in the last couple of weeks, we started running from my house, on hills.
