Dear friends , below is the data of foreign aid given by UK to other countries . In 1960 Cyprus was the biggest recipient . It can be seen that UK continued to give aid to a government even after 1964 in which Turkish Cypriots rights were usurped by Greek Cypriots and had no representation . UK as a guarantor of Cyprus has failed to treat both communities equally and defend the 1960 agreement with this act. They have failed in their obligation to Turkish Cypriots by delivering aid only to Greek Cypriots , while Turkish Cypriots were driven into ghettos/ open air prisons comprising only 3% of the land .
