Dear friends good morning I would like to inform, as many of you believed in me, and voted for me to be re-elected to the BoD IVRPA, which as of this date , April 25, 2014, I resigned from the post of vice president of the association. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, which go against my principles of life, my emotions, my beliefs, my way of seeing the positive side of marketing how we should act, but respecting diverse opinions, I had to take this decision. Be assured that I tried to keep my ways, and those who know me personally, know what Im talking about ... the way I play, to smile, to try to make everyone around me being happy, playing, running, waving, motivating, but doing everything very professionally, with great zeal for the welfare of all, and even joking and trying to convince everyone to buy what they did not need with the auction of gifts offered by the sponsors with greater spirit of communion among the group :-) But ... lately, since the departure of my friend Carlos who left the CEO position , and then devastated by the departure of my dear Bill Bailey Sponsor position, a person loved by so many , and ... Oh well, I was sad living without joy, without motivation, without pleasure. Nothing rest to me .... no other alternative than to leave. I beg to forgive me those who expected more from me. I Failed, unable to keep the momentum I always have, I was getting less and less hopeful. When my lovely wife Andrea Simões Machado, and my two sons felt the evil that this was causing me to the point that my youngest son, 17 years, tell me : - Father, you must resign YESTERDAY, because youre not doing well, that thing will not be good for your health , and it can leave you worse off later I saw it was apparent that I was suffering anguish. I like to be heard, but I also like to listen, to wonder, to follow a leader or to lead, and when neither one thing nor the other exists anymore, it is best to jump from the ship and try to swim to the mainland to return to feel the same ayrton I am. At these IVRPA conferences, I met many of you, and many have become dear to me . Andrea and I will not go to Las Vegas , and we will die of longing, Jook Leung , the delicious Alexandre Jenny , Bill Bailey and Kim Bailey , Thomas Sharpless , Carlos Chegado and Sandra Mexa , the lovely couple Joergen Geerds and Uli Futschik , Joost , Willy Kaemena which is a real friend of many yearssss, maybe the oldest of all Ive known since the early 2000s … and so many others ….Finally, will die of longing, of desire to embrace, laugh and play, but I think the best I do is to manifest my ideologies, is to come out of the BoD.
