Dear friends, since May 31st, 2014 me and Peter are no longer with NAGA INC. (#nagaburgers). We also clearly want to express that we neither support nor have any involvement in Naga Inc. Frustratingly, we DIDN’T receive a single penny from this business despite Peter having worked very, very hard for five months and him originally being offered a 50% share only for his expertise . So, although the recipes were solely created by Peter (the customers, “tasters” and anyone who visited/hear about Naga Inc. knows this), he is no longer involved in the business and thus takes no responsibility for the food being produced from the business. As we had believed we had a friendship with the now FULL OWNERS, there was no WRITTEN agreement. We admit that was a STUPID move from our side and we should have known that in Bangladesh, where corruption and greed is the best way to earn money, most of the people (sadly, the powerful ones) don’t give a damn about trust, friendship or honesty. We have been contacted by countless people offering their support for what WAS our business and we thank you for this support. As we don’t want to repeat the story to all our friends, we are posting our side of the experience here as a Facebook note. We would also like to point out that we have phone recordings, witnesses, text messages, and e-mails to prove EVERY SINGLE WORD of our note. We have chose not to make them public at this point. We see this experience as a lesson learnt and, once again, THANKS to all of you wonderful people who supported Naga Inc. only because you believe in mine and Peter’s honesty and dedication.
