Dear global friends & family, This is Linda Graham, Tim Condons daughter, and I would like to share a special message with all of you that I posted on my Facebook page yesterday as Dad would want you all to know: It is with a heavy heart yet a quiet peace that I share the news of my dads passing at 3:10 a.m. on November 9, 2014 in Lions Gate Hospital, North Vancouver, Canada after he had suffered a massive heart attack early Friday morning. He was a true fighter to the end and held on against all odds so that my mum could be there to hold his hand with the family at his side. He was surrounded by immense love and phenomenal care - we sang to him, prayed with him, laughed and cried with him and now, although so very hard, we have to let him go...rest daddy/Tim/Granddad/GPops...ya done good! Your passionate zest for life is my inspiration always; your love for family a witness to us all; and your immeasurable conservation legacy lives forever on in the work of all those who you have touched along your incredible lifes journey! God bless you my dad, my hero! Tim was grateful for your support over the years, and frequently expressed how privileged he felt to work with all of you that shared his passion for our wild heritage. Your humanity will ensure that our natural world prevails - it would Tims most ardent wish that you never give up.
